One payment partner,
in store and online

AddPay is our payment partner. Card totals go straight to the terminal instead of being keyed in twice, and the same partner handles your online checkout.

From R199 per branch · 15-day free trial · No credit card required

Where cash-up goes wrong

Almost every cash-up variance starts as a number typed twice. Remove the typing and you remove the variance.

💳

Amount sent to the terminal

The till sends the total to the card machine. Nobody reads it off a screen and types it in again.

🧾

No transposed digits

A keying error at the terminal is invisible until cash-up. Sending it electronically means the two figures cannot disagree.

💳

Online checkout too

AddPay PayCloud is available as a hosted checkout on your ordering storefront, taking card, EFT and QR.

📋

One reconciliation

In-store and online settling through the same partner beats lining up two separate arrangements every month.

📱

Tap to Pay and terminals

Counter terminals and Tap to Pay, arranged with our support team when you are ready for one.

Cash-up that just balances

The point of all of this is that the end of the day stops being an investigation.

Questions, answered

What does the AddPay integration do?
For in-store sales, the amount goes from the till straight to the card terminal, so nobody keys the total in a second time. That single change removes the most common cause of cash-up mismatches. For online orders, AddPay PayCloud is available as a hosted checkout on your ordering storefront, taking card, EFT and QR.
Why does double-keying matter so much?
Because it is silent. A transposed digit at the terminal does not announce itself — it shows up as a cash-up variance days later, by which time nobody can remember the transaction. Sending the amount electronically means the two totals cannot disagree.
Do I get one reconciliation for in-store and online?
That is the advantage of one partner across both channels: card sales at the counter and card sales through your ordering store settle through the same relationship rather than two separate ones you have to line up yourself.
Can I keep the card machine I already have?
It depends on the terminal and how it is contracted. Message our support team on WhatsApp with the make and model and you will get a straight answer before you commit to anything.
How do I get a terminal?
Our support team arranges it with you separately — it is the one part of Bizzfo that is not self-serve, because a physical card terminal involves a payment provider agreement. Everything else you can set up yourself in an afternoon.
What does Bizzfo cost?
four plans from R199 to R1,650 per branch per month, published in full. Card processing rates are a separate agreement with AddPay. Every new branch starts on a 15-day free trial with no credit card.

Make cash-up an anticlimax.

Fifteen days free on every branch. Ask us about a terminal while you trial.

Bizzfo works with AddPay as its payment partner for South African businesses, covering card payments in store and AddPay PayCloud hosted checkout for online ordering. Sending the amount straight to the terminal removes the double-keying that causes cash-up mismatches, and settling in-store and online through one partner means one reconciliation instead of two.
